Cheering Fans Caused an Earthquake
Nissan sponsored the Mexican National Soccer Team during a cross-country, five-city tour. To close out with a bang, we needed an epic halftime show. We created The Fanquake, the first-ever fan-made earthquake that triggered a Nissan tech-inspired digital seismograph. We teased the event on social media days before the game and engaged fans during the pregame brand activation. There, fans played Nissan tech-driven games, met Mexican team players, and interacted with the Nissan brand.
